If your package is listed as delivered, but still is missing- wait 72 hours after marked delivery. After 72 hours if there is still no sign of your package then follow these steps:
-Check the address on your Etsy account, it is buyers responsibility to ensure their address is correct at checkout.
-Check your address, your yard and neighbors to see if they recieved it by accident.
-Call or visit your local post office to see if they still have it, if they don't they are able to give you the exact GPS coordinates and time of delievery.
-File a missing mail request by visiting www.missingmail.usps.com

Smaller than I thought they'd be - as I thought the prongs would be longer. Which is fine because I got one for me and one for my MIL. I have super thick hair and have a difficult time putting my larger combs in my hair for a half up do. My MIL on the other hand has thin hair and these will work PERFECTLY for her.
