Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each item comes in either a silk crystal bag or a kraft jewelry box and sari silk bow.
Holiday or Special Occasion gift wrapping is available at additional charge. Each item will be separately boxed (unless a set sold together) and wrapped with a beautiful marble wrapping paper.
Do you take payments?
With the economy crisis we are all dealing with it is important to prioritize your needs, while you support my business. 😍 Message me for a personalized payment plan to get your one of a kind piece of jewelry.
Please note payments made are non refundable. If for any reason your unable to complete the full payment, your deposit will not be returned. I do understand hardship, so communicate & we are gravy!!
What if my package is missing??
If your package is listed as delivered, but still is missing- wait 72 hours after marked delivery. After 72 hours if there is still no sign of your package then follow these steps:
-Check the address on your Etsy account, it is buyers responsibility to ensure their address is correct at checkout.
-Check your address, your yard and neighbors to see if they recieved it by accident.
-Call or visit your local post office to see if they still have it, if they don't they are able to give you the exact GPS coordinates and time of delievery.
-File a missing mail request by visiting www.missingmail.usps.com
-File a police report if you think your package has been stolen.
